Yoga teaches us how to manage our own well being. Use of a Tibetan singing bowl during class creates a mesmerising sound. The sound vibrations from the bowl assist in creating total relaxation.

Yoga increases serotonin production that improves the mood, the immune system and increases our energy levels. It lowers high blood pressure and decreases tension-related pain.
